EarlyApps is both a data controller and a processor under Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (General Data Protection Regulation, "GDPR"). We are committed to protecting your personal data and will promptly respond to any requests regarding your rights under the GDPR.

CALIFORNIA CONSUMER PRIVACY ACT NOTICE

As of January 1, 2020, the California Consumer Privacy Act of 2018 ("CCPA") grants California residents ("Consumers") certain rights with respect to their personal information. In addition to the rights set forth in this policy, Consumers have the right to:

Information We Collect and How We Collect It

Personal Information

You can access certain features of the Service without providing any identifying information (“Personal Information”). We collect Personal Information in the following instances:

  1. Registration: When you register with EarlyApps, we collect your username and email address.
  2. Device Registration: When you register your device with EarlyApps, we collect a unique device identifier (UDID).
  3. Subscription Payments: When you pay for an EarlyApps subscription, we collect your PayPal payment processor identifier.

We collect Personal Information only if you choose to provide it. However, if you do not provide the requested information, certain features of the Service may not be available.

Usage Data

We automatically collect non-identifying information ("Usage Data") such as the type of web browser you use, your operating system, your Internet Service Provider, your IP address, the links you click, and the time and duration of your use of the Service. This data helps us understand how the Service is used and improve our offerings. General Use

Service Providers

We may share your Personal Information with trusted third-party Service Providers (e.g., for payment processing, data storage, maintenance, advertising, and marketing) who use the data solely to perform services on our behalf. Each Service Provider is required to implement reasonable security measures to protect your Personal Information and is prohibited from using it for any other purpose.

When you make payments, the necessary information is transmitted to a third-party payment provider; only your email address is automatically provided to us to establish your account and deliver subscription benefits.

You may request a report at any time to learn whether your Personal Information has been shared with any Service Providers.

Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics, which employs cookies to help us analyze how users interact with the Service. Applications

When downloading any Application from EarlyApps, the Application itself may request Personal Information. Such data is processed according to the Application’s own Privacy Policy and is not shared with or processed by EarlyApps. EarlyApps is not responsible for any Personal Information provided directly to Applications.

Other Transfers

We may share your Personal Information and Usage Data with companies that control, are controlled by, or are under common control with EarlyApps. In the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, your information may be transferred as part of the transaction. You will have the opportunity to opt out of such transfers if the new entity intends to handle your information in a materially different manner from this Privacy Policy.

Data Retention

We retain your Personal Information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected. If you cancel your registration and your account is deleted, your Personal Information will no longer be used by EarlyApps; however, it will remain in our records for one year for administrative purposes, unless a longer retention period is required by law. You may request immediate deletion of your Personal Information, although we may be obligated to retain certain information to comply with legal obligations.

EarlyApps cooperates with government and law enforcement agencies and may disclose your Personal Information if we believe it is necessary to:

Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect Personal Information from users under the age of 16. By using our Services, you confirm that you are at least 16 years old. If we become aware that a user is under 16, we will terminate that user’s account and delete any collected Personal Information.

Please note that your Personal Information may be processed and stored in jurisdictions outside your country of residence, including in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your home country.
